This process has just recently made its way back around and is at the forefront of retail fashion here in the US. Basically this printing is a controlled bleaching print process. The inks are designed to remove the dye that has been added to the original cotton fiber. So your finished design will be essentially bleached into the shirt as opposed to being printed on top of the shirt. To add color to your logo, pigment is added to the inks and color is printed/dyed back into the bleached area. The biggest benefit with this print process is the soft hand. You can’t feel the ink on the shirt because there is none. This processes works on 100% cotton garments.
